Abelia zanderi 'Little Richard'
Little Richard is a compact abelia with a mounding shape that works well beneath windows, at the front of the border, as a low hedge.
It has dark green, glossy leaves that take on a tangerine tinge in the fall and winter and pinkish white flowers that appear in the early spring and last until the first frost. Fast growing It can take coastal conditions, but needs more than average watering.
