Aucuba japonica 'Gold Dust'
The most common of the aucuba cultivars, Gold Dust has tiny gold spots on its dark-green leaves. The golden spots, on the dark green foliage, almost looks as if some flecked gold dust on the leaves. Very handsome specimen.
Notes: Aucuba needs to be protected from direct overhead sunshine, which will burn the leaves. Prune in late Winter. Poisonous if eaten
