Osmanthus heterophyllus Goshiki
Goshiki translates from Japanese as "five colors". New growth is pink. Then over the season its holly-like leaves turn dark green, daubed with spots of creamy yellow, gray-green, and yellowish-green.
Prefers FULL SUN to DAPPLED (LIGHT SHADE) for best color. Erect branches create a billowy, roughly conical form.
In ideal conditions and over 10 years time, it can reach 8-10' tall
