Prunus cerasifera 'Krauter Vesuvius'
Burgundy or purple-green foliage, serrated oval leaves. Light pink fragrant flowers. Blooms Early Spring.
Note: Prune young to achieve the desired shape, less pruning with age similar appearance to Thundercloud, but smaller and more upright.
Leaves are darker red and less bronzy than Thundercloud. Suited for drier hotter sites.
