Diospyros kaki 'Chocolate'
Its medium-sized, orange. elongated fruit has a chocolately-brown flesh that is extremely sweet and tasty. The elongated fruit has a chocolately-cinnamon.
Astrigent Ripens: Late October in to Early November. They are soft and sweet.

'Chocolate' is listed on a website called 'Trees of Antiquity'.
The flavor is different depending on if it was pollinated or not. Chocolate is considered PCNA - Pollination Constant/Non-Astringent.
