Cotoneaster salicifolius 'Scarlet Leader'
Scarlet Leader is a ground-cover cotoneaster. In the Autumn and through the Winter the foliage will turn burgundy.
In the spring white flowers will appear followed by red berries in the fall and winter. Same plant as 'Repens', just a lower growing variety.
