Lantana 'Miss Huff'
Lantana x 'Miss Huff'
Lantana is considered an annual plant in colder regions. In NC, however, it could be presented as a semi-evergreen. It is not uncommon for Lantana to come back year after year in North Carolina. It may over winter IF you do not prune it back until April.
