Caryopteris x clandonensis 'Longwood Blue'
Deciduous perennial plant. Performs best in full sun and well drained soil. Mid to late summer blue blooms. Longwood Blue has sky blue flowers atop silver foliage for a striking combination.
Blue mist shrub is aptly named as it is covered in a cloud of blue from mid to late summer. The slight arching habit makes it fit beautifully into the perennial border. It is a well-behaved garden plant.
