Gardenia jasminoides 'Frostproof'
Showy, Wonderfully Fragrant Flowers on this Evergreen Shrub. Flowers in Late Spring with some flowers surprisingly pop up through the Summer.
Frostproof Gardenia was selected as a Louisiana Super Plant because of its adaptability & reliability. A more upright habit and more tolerant of direct sun exposure than other gardenias, with flower buds that resist late spring frosts without damage.
Attracts the seldom-seen Hummingbird Moths.
This plant is also known as Cape Jasmine
*Deer Resistant*
