Pieris x 'Brouwer's Beauty'
Brouwer's Beauty, a dense, compact, medium-sized pieris, has dark, glossy-green leaves and creamy-white, bell-shaped flowers that resemble lily-of-the-valley. Young leaves are yellow; flower buds are purplish-red before opening.
This variety of pieris is not quite as cold hardy as some others, but does quite well here in our Zone 7b. Makes a good hedge or foundation plant.
