Heuchera 'Blackout'
Coral Bells (Heuchera) are native to North America. All need at least some afternoon shade and well-drained soil. They are winter hardy where temperatures are mild but do require mulch. Grown primarily for their foliage, they also produce flowers on tall petioles that add height and an airy effect.
Make beautiful bed and border plants. Blackout has glossy near black leaves. 6 inches tall 14 inches wide with small white early summer flower spikes that may reach 3 feet tall. Deer resistant. Hardy zones 4-9
