Italian Honey Fig

The Italian Honey Fig blooms in the Spring and produces large Summer fruit. Potential for two crops a year in warmer Summer jurisdictions. The fruit is yellow-green with amber flesh and is great for jams, baking, and snacking. The Italian Honey can be a tree or a shrub and is easy to maintain at a preferred width.
Requires less than 300 chill hours.
