Vitis labrusca ‘Delaware’

Small to medium, Skin is light red, thin.  Flesh is juicy, tender, aromatic, vinous, sprightly, refreshing and sweet.  One of the highest quality American grapes, both for table use and white wine.  Keeps well.  Plant 8' apart.

Vine fairly vigorous and productive. Hardy. Clusters are small to medium. Cane pruning. Ripens: August, a few days earlier than Concord.
